Key Responsibilities

+ Support OSHA compliance and safety program management.

+ Conduct audits, inspections, JHAs, and hazard assessments.

+ Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.

+ Support machine guarding, electrical safety, and employee safety training.

+ Partner with operations teams to strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

+ Manufacturing or industrial safety experience.

+ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.

+ Experience with audits, investigations, and hazard identification.

+ Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
