As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Awareness in Saint Charles, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or daily activity reports.

+ Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
