Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves performing entry-level mechanical assembly, hardware installation, wiring, and quality checks while building specialized HVAC equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and develop assembly and production skills in a stable, growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform entry-level mechanical assembly according to work instructions
+ Install hardware components such as screws, washers, and nuts
+ Follow build documentation and assembly procedures
+ Perform pull tests to verify assembly integrity
+ Use torque tools and other hand tools to meet specifications
+ Complete basic wiring tasks as required
+ Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety and production procedures
+ Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications
+ Basic mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively
+ Basic understanding of wiring
+ Ability to follow written instructions and build documentation
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Reliable attendance and work ethic
+ Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
+ Assembly

Schedule
+ 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday
+ 5:45 AM to 3:15 PM
+ Every other Friday: Additional 8-hour shift

+ Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
+ Hands-on assembly and production environment
+ Use of hand tools, torque tools, and wiring equipment
+ Team-oriented workplace focused on quality and safety

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
