We're seeking a Creative Media & Brand Specialist to help tell the story of Guarantee Electrical Company visually through photography, video, design, and creative content that showcases the people, projects, expertise, and employee-ownership culture that make our company one-of-a-kind.

This role serves as the visual creative engine behind the Guarantee brand that will transform our stories into visual experiences that inspire, educate, and engage audiences across digital, print, environmental, and experiential channels.

From capturing project milestones on a jobsite and producing executive thought leadership videos to designing campaign assets and creating memorable brand experiences in partnership with other members of the Marketing team, this individual will help ensure every interaction reflects the excellence of our work and the energy of our people.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller at heart and is equally comfortable behind a camera, operating a drone, editing a video, designing a proposal graphic, or developing creative concepts for a major company initiative. They combine creativity with strategic thinking and understand how visual communication helps strengthen relationships, improve understanding, and build trust.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Photography, Video & Drone Content

Serve as the company's lead visual storyteller through professional photography, videography, drone footage, and visual content creation

Capture employees, projects, events, community initiatives, recruiting efforts, and leadership content across our markets and offices

Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content for recruiting, project showcases, executive communications, community engagement, social media, and internal communications

Maintain photography, video, drone, and production equipment

Coordinate with project teams, clients, owners, and partners to secure filming permissions, site access, and required approvals for photography and video production
Manage and maintain a library of photography, video, and drone assets within OpenAsset and related systems
Obtain and maintain FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or ability to obtain)

Brand Design & Creative Development

Translate marketing objectives and business goals into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions

Design digital assets including social content, website graphics, digital ads, email graphics, email templates, landing pages, PowerPoint presentations, and campaign creative

Design print assets including brochures, flyers, project sheets, proposal graphics, signage, event materials, advertisements, infographics, and branded collateral

Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and visual assets that improve brand consistency and efficiency
Ensure all visual communications align with Guarantee's brand standards and desired brand experience

Creative Campaign & Storytelling

Partner with the Content Specialist and Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop visually compelling content that increases engagement, visibility, recruiting outcomes, and brand awareness

Transform project successes, employee-owner stories, community engagement activities, recruiting efforts, and thought leadership into high-impact visual content

Develop multiple creative concepts and executions tailored to different audiences and distribution channels
Participate in creative planning, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development

Brand Experience & Creative Stewardship

Serve as a steward of the visual Guarantee brand across all touchpoints

Provide creative direction and visual support for events, sponsorships, office environments, exhibits, trade shows, and brand activations

Help create visually engaging experiences that strengthen the connection between employees, clients, partners and communities

Monitor industry and design trends and recommend opportunities for innovation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative services, visual communications, photography, videography, or a related discipline

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and visual storytelling

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Experience operating professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and video production tools

Ability to independently plan and execute photography and video shoots from concept through final delivery

Strong understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling

Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to jobsites, events, and office locations

Preferred Qualifications

FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification

Experience producing drone photography and videography

Experience working in construction, engineering, professional services, industrial markets, or the AEC industry

Experience with OpenAsset or similar digital asset management platforms

Experience creating motion graphics, animation, environmental graphics, and branded experiences
