Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to serve as a strategic finance partner to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. This executive will lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management across Digital, Product, Engineering, and Technology. The role will provide end-to-end financial leadership for a complex portfolio spanning SaaS, cloud, platform, and network-enabled digital services. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with subscription and consumption-based economics, product investment strategies, software development lifecycles, and complex P&L management.

Rate: $85.00 to $95/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Partner closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer and executive leadership on financial and strategic priorities.

+ Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across Product, Engineering, Digital, and Technology.

+ Provide financial leadership across SaaS, cloud, platform, and network-enabled digital services.

+ Evaluate subscription and consumption-based business models, economics, and performance.

+ Guide product and technology investment decisions, including growth initiatives and portfolio prioritization.

+ Lead resource allocation, capital prioritization, and investment trade-off decisions.

+ Manage financial performance across a complex P&L.

+ Partner with Product and Engineering leadership throughout the software development and investment lifecycle.

+ Develop financial models, performance metrics, and executive-level insights to support strategic decision-making.

+ Build and lead a high-performing Product Finance organization.

Experience Requirements:

+ Senior-level finance leadership experience supporting Product, Technology, Engineering, Digital, SaaS, or cloud-based businesses.

+ Strong FP&A, strategic finance, forecasting, and long-range planning expertise.

+ Experience partnering directly with senior Product and Technology executives.

+ Deep understanding of subscription, SaaS, and consumption-based economics.

+ Experience evaluating product investments and technology portfolios.

+ Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and the financial implications of product development.

+ Demonstrated ownership of a significant and complex P&L.

+ Experience with capital allocation, resource planning, and investment prioritization.

+ Proven ability to build, develop, and lead finance teams.
