Summary
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Donation Associate working 32-40 depending on schedule. This is a fast-paced, highly active role perfect for someone who enjoys staying moving, working efficiently, and providing great service to our community.

Responsibilities
- Donation Intake: Safely unload donations from incoming vehicles and assist donors.
- Merchandise Preparation: Clean and inspect furniture, and test electronic items to ensure they are in working order before they go to the sales floor.
- Pricing & Processing: Evaluate and price donated items according to established guidelines.
- Staging & Heavy Lifting: Move, arrange, and lift furniture and large items throughout the warehouse and sales floor.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and provide helpful service as needed.

Experience Requirements
- Strong Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and focused on maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for the duration of the shift, as this role requires constant movement (with seating primarily during electronics testing).
- Lifting Ability: Capability to lift and move heavy furniture and donation boxes safely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with donors and customers.
