Senior Project Manager - UKG Pro Implementations

UKG is looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to lead implementations of UKG Pro Suite customers. In this role, you'll manage multiple implementation projects, partner with customers and internal teams, and help ensure successful, on-time deployments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.

+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource needs.

+ Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.

+ Set clear customer expectations and communicate project progress regularly.

+ Manage scope changes and keep projects on track.

+ Facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams.

+ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

+ Hold project teams and customers accountable for key milestones and commitments.

+ Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM).

+ Experience managing projects with cross-functional or virtual teams.

+ Experience working with complex customer implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ SaaS implementation experience is a plus.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and customer consulting skills.

+ Ability to build relationships with customer executives.

+ Strong decision-making, organization, and prioritization skills.

+ Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

+ Experience managing project risks, negotiations, and escalations.

The pay range for this position is $83,500 to $119,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
