Our established State Farm agency in Jackson, Missouri, is growing, and we're looking for two motivated, professional, and career-minded individuals to join our sales team.
We're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, are confident communicating with others, and take pride in achieving results.
You don't need previous insurance experience to be successful here. We value sales ability, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Generate new business through conversations, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow established office procedures.
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience.
Experience Requirements
- A motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability.
- Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses - MO Property & Casualty and MO Life & Health
