What You'll Do

+ Set up, operate, and monitor Hydromat machines to meet production demands

+ Complete machine changeovers and tooling adjustments

+ Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint and specification requirements

+ Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and scales

+ Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary operational adjustments

+ Perform routine preventative maintenance, including checking fluid levels and replacing filters

+ Operate additional production equipment such as punch presses, brake presses, and similar machinery as needed

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

What We're Looking For

+ At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Experience performing machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments

+ Ability to read blueprints and part drawings

+ Experience using precision measuring equipment

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

+ Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently after training

Preferred Experience

+ Hydromat machine operation and setup

+ CNC machining, punch press, or brake press experience

+ Machine shop or machining environment experience

+ Preventative maintenance and production troubleshooting

Available Schedules

1st Shift

+ Monday - Thursday

+ 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift

+ Monday - Thursday

+ 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

_New hires may complete training on 1st shift for 1-3 weeks before transitioning to their assigned schedule._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
