As a member of the Oracle Health Government Services change control team, you will work with federal internal and external teams who submit change requests for Federal clients. You are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery

Responsibilities

As a member of the Oracle Health Government Services change control team, you responsible for the following.

Facilitate and drive all Federal change request

+ Provide clear guidance to requestors on documentation and requirements

+ Coordinate, organize, and transcribe submitted change requests into Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC

+ Guide client on change review before and during change control board meetings

+ Coordinate Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB) voting

+ Assist in Change control continual process improvement

+ Organize and tracking documentation as change requests move through the approval process

+ Assist with weekly communication on change requests to varying levels of leadership

+ Schedule and attend change control meetings as needed

+ Able to work well solo and in a team member setting

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in JIRA or other change processing tools like Remedy or ServiceNow

3-5 years in Oracle Health Millennium knowledge

Extensive understanding of Atlassian Confluence and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Ability to evaluate technical documentation, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and ensure change requests include clear implementation plans, testing evidence, outage details, and supporting justifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
