How you'll make an impact in this role
+ Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources.
+ Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
+ Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
+ Perform monthly capital summary reconciliations, tracking planned versus actual spend across health ministry capital pools.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
+ Required Credential(s):
+ None Required.
Education
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
+ Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, and Oracle Financials (FCCS/SmartView), with a strong ability to build automated ad hoc data models and reporting structures.
+ 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or corporate FP&A within a healthcare system.
