_Join our Saint Luke's Cardiology Team as a Scheduler at our North location_

+ Full Time

+ Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm - No Nights, No Weekends

+ Potential hybrid opportunity after 90 days

+ Previous scheduling experience preferred within medical office, clinic, hospital or specialty practice

+ Strong computer and customer service skills and attention to detail required.

The Opportunity :

Make a meaningful impact on patient care everyday. As a Cardiology Scheduler, you play a vital role in coordinating appointments, diagnostic testing, follow up care and helping ensure patients receive timely access to services they need.

+ This role is the central contact for the physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office.

+ Completes scheduling from referrals and manages provider's recall lists.Takes incoming phone calls for operator and scheduling lines.Provides cross coverage for registration/reception.

+ Schedules appointments and services.

+ Determines financial accountability based on information and referrals.
