_Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)_

Location: Creve Coeur, MO

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Schedule: Hybrid - Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote

Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Kelly Services is partnering with a client in Creve Coeur, MO, seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract opportunity. This position will support customer accounts, coordinate product sample requests, process orders, and provide day-to-day customer service support. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide customer service and account coverage for team members during vacations and scheduled absences.

+ Monitor a shared customer service inbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.

+ Manage the complete product sample process, including creating requests, coordinating inventory, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.

+ Coordinate rush sample requests and ensure customer deadlines are met.

+ Utilize SAP for order management, customer account information, and reporting.

+ Assist customers with quotes, pricing inquiries, purchase orders, and order-related questions.

+ Maintain accurate customer information and documentation using CRM and internal systems.

+ Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely order fulfillment.

+ Provide English/Spanish customer service support, including backup assistance for accounts in Mexico.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

+ Hands-on experience using SAP for order processing or customer service functions .

+ Previous experience in customer service, order management, or account support.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Preferred:

+ Experience with Salesforce CRM.

+ Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environment.

+ Familiarity with inventory management, product sampling, or shipment coordination.

+ Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems.
