About the opportunity

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive net-new logo sales across the mid-market and enterprise space. You will engage senior decision-makers, lead strategic and complex sales cycles, and connect customer business priorities to UKG's HCM, Payroll, and workforce solutions. This is an opportunity for an experienced hunter to build a meaningful territory, influence executive outcomes, and be rewarded for consistently strong performance.

What you'll do

Build pipeline and win new business

+ Consistently exceed sales quotas and build a strong, qualified pipeline.

+ Prospect into complex organizations and develop relationships with final decision-makers and end users.

+ Present HCM products and services within an assigned territory.

+ Identify opportunities and develop proposals aligned with customer technical and business needs.

Lead strategic sales cycles

+ Use a disciplined, strategic sales process to uncover needs and create demand.

+ Maintain strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analysts.

+ Develop deep knowledge of UKG products and capabilities and translate technical advances into customer value.

+ Collaborate with internal partners to advance opportunities and deliver a strong customer experience.

What you bring

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.

+ Proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.

+ Experience working primarily as a new-logo representative (hunter) and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Incredibly organized.

+ Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies.

+ Demonstrated understanding of a strategic sales process.

+ Strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry.

Travel Requirement

+ 30-40%

Pay Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
