This role will lead AI infrastructure platform capabilities that enable trusted, scalable AI experiences across our products, with a particular focus on AI evaluation. You will build the platform capabilities that enable teams to consistently measure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI models and applications throughout the development lifecycle. Working closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product teams, and other platform partners, you will evolve platform capabilities that enable teams to create, run, analyze, and operationalize AI evaluations at scale.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.

+ Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.

+ Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

+ Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.

+ Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.

+ Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.

Skills/Competencies

+ Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.

+ Technical fluency in ML/AI systems and infrastructure

+ Platform PM experience building for internal/developer customers, including defining APIs, SLAs, and developer experience.

+ Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (Claude, Chatgpt, Cursor, etc.)

+ Data driven mindset

+ Excellent communication skills

Tier 1 - United States of America 150,000 - 224,000 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 166,000 - 250,000 USD per year

Tier 3 - United States of America 182,000 - 274,000 USD per year

Tier 4 - United States of America N/A

Tier 5 - United States of America 207,000 - 311,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
