LTL Forklift Order Picker

Location: Riverside, MO

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Overtime: Overtime is scheduled earlier in the day rather than later. Start times may be as early as 6:00 AM when overtime is needed.

We are hiring an experienced LTL Forklift Order Picker to join a warehouse team in Riverside, Missouri. This position is ideal for a dependable and safety-focused warehouse professional who is looking for stable, long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

+ Operate a stand-up forklift to pick, move, stage, and organize warehouse materials

+ Pull and prepare orders for less-than-truckload shipments

+ Safely load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse

+ Verify product quantities and order details

+ Maintain accurate and organized inventory locations

+ Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines

+ Keep the work area clean and organized

+ Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Previous stand-up forklift experience is required

+ Prior forklift order-picking or LTL warehouse experience is preferred

+ Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and without straining

+ Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in a warehouse environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Demonstrated stable work history; candidates with at least two years with previous employers are strongly preferred

+ Must have or be willing to obtain steel-toe shoes for work on the warehouse floor
