CNC Programming Operator/Machinist
Summary
The position demands developed skills as a machinist with outstanding programming and machining proficiency. This technical position requires independent thought, analysis and performance duties without supervision.
The position is responsible for the Primary Department CNC machines to include - programming – machine maintenance and troubleshooting – machine production.
The position requires business and personal communication skills with machine operators and management staff.
Responsibilities
ü This position pays $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Experience Requirements
Must have direct experience on CNC lathe machines to include operation, set up, tooling skills, deep maintenance and quality control requirements
Must have developed blue print reading skills and the conceptual understanding of workpiece to print relationship - allowing for a successful completion of a finished part in conformance with QC tolerances and specifications
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
ü CNC Lathe programming and operation skills [Tsugami, Miyano, Kira, Sprint, Hardinge preferred] – 5 years
ü Mathematical skills (trigonometry proficient) – 5 years
ü Operator maintenance support on CNC lathe – 5 years
