Summary
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for operating the B2C websites including managing the assortment (add, remove, edit), optimizing the purchase & checkout funnels, monitoring & updating onsite search, merchandising, and recommending data & customer-based optimizations.

Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on all B2C websites (add, edit, remove)
- Develop strategic plans for leveraging B2C sites, with a focus on onsite Search, promotional execution, organic search ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimization
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
- Leverage data to identify opportunities in products, services, and any site performance issues to resolve them accordingly
- Optimize feeds to key 3rd party sites (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta)
- Work closely with Go-to-Market Team, Creative Operations, and Sales to optimize content, execute promotions, and deliver high quality leads
- Identify and prioritize website improvement requirements to IT for site enhancements
