Property Management Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual with the right qualifications to join our team and contribute to the overall performance and success of the Housing Enrichment Program! This is a part time position working less than 30 hours per week at Grant Park Villas in Raymore, MO.

Responsibilities
The Property Management Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the housing complex in all areas of occupancy, tenant, and public relations, as well as coordinate and supervise maintenance staff with property upkeep. Performs necessary certification and recertification of the residents in accordance with established regulations and guidelines of the Agency. Collects rent, makes records of collections on tenant ledgers and cash journals.
Experience Requirements
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess the ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software.
- Ability to use basic office equipment (i.e., phone systems, copying machines, scanner/printers, and computers). Experience with property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Be a positive, strong team player with excellent people skills. Have the ability to communicate and work professionally with the residents, co-workers, and the public with a positive attitude while motivating and inspiring others.
- Ability to handle sensitive agency and participant information in a confidential manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Background in social services, housing, or related fields is preferred.
- This position requires maintaining a valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance at all times.
