Operate a wide variety of farming machinery, routine vaccinations, worming or other care that the farmer manages or performs. General livestock farming. Fix fences and make sure the cattle is fed and watered. Fertilize and maintain grass and dirt, and work with round hay bails. Exposure to extreme temp, repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling walking and frequent stooping May be required to submit a post hire employer paid criminal background check. Failure to comply or felony convictions that the employer reasonably believes will impair safety of others on the worksite will result in immediate termination. The hours listed represent the normal work schedule. Due to the nature of the duties and weather it is the prevailing practice to work substantially more, less or different hours than those listed, sometimes for extended periods of time. When the number of hours for a week exceeds the number listed then, the worker may be offered, but not required, to work more hours. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on the weekend, a worker’s Sabbath or federal holidays. Worker must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employer will notify workers of any change to start time. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

The employer will make the following deductions as applicable: FICA, Federal/State Taxes, court ordered child support, garnishments and liens according to individual circumstances, all as required by law, repayments of cash advances or loans, & repayment of over payment of wages to the worker. Reasonable repair costs of damage to housing caused by willful acts or gross negligence, or any damage to or loss of equipment/tools caused by a willful act or gross negligence will be deducted from workers found to have been responsible for such damage. Other deductions may be made if expressly authorized by the worker in writing
