DETAILS: Hourly Wage: $16.00-$18.00 This is a full time position working 36 hours per week at the Central Office in Appleton City, MO.

West Central understands the challenges of work/life balance and has instituted a compressed work week to allow staff more time for family and commitments outside of the office.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records and detailed data entry both electronically and on paper. Adapt to changing priorities and program needs.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess the ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software. Ability to use basic office equipment (i.e., phone systems, copying machines, scanner/printers, and computers).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, multi-tasking, and ensuring assignments are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent including one year post high school/GED work experience in administrative responsibilities, customer service, or social service.
- Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, the ability to communicate and work professionally with all clients and co-workers with a positive attitude while motivating and influencing others.
Experience Requirements
The Home Enrichment Administrative Specialist supports the Agency’s Weatherization and Home Repair programs. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and a commitment to excellent customer service skills are required. This role will take pride in public service and value teamwork.
