Summary
We are seeking a dependable Janitorial/Custodial Technician with at least 5 years of experience in heavy cleaning, trash removal, floor care, apartment cleaning and detailed building cleaning. We are a small diverse, Pet Friendly apartment management company and keeping our buildings clean,safe, and welcoming for tenants is our top priority.

Responsibilities
- Clean designated building areas (regurlar and heavy cleaning)
- Use buffers, heavy mops, scrubbers, ladders, and other cleaning equiptment
- Carry out large cleaning tasks and special projects
- Lift heavy trash and debris into dumpsters
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with staff and maintain positive interactions with tenants
- Apartment cleaning
- Integrity and Ability to work independently

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years janitorial/custodial experience
- Heavy cleaning, trash removal, dumpster moving in/out of building, buffers, stripping floors, deep cleaning and detail cleaning
- Ability to work around pets and interact positively with tenants
- Reliable vehicle required
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- No formal resume required- but you must list where you worked and the dates of employment
