Responsibilities

This clinician is a member of the Social Service Department, providing individual, group, and family therapy along with case management for children and adolescents ages 6 to 18 who are admitted to Hawthorn for the treatment of mental health conditions and trauma. This team member will play an integral part in a multi-disciplinary team and will provide direct clinical services to our consumers and families as they work to reach their treatment goals.

This position reports to the Residential Treatment Coordinator and Chief of Clinical Services. The schedule is generally 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with the ability to flex schedule at times. This could be necessary to accommodate family treatment sessions, potentially one evening during the week to meet the needs of patients and families.
