Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a CPA firm in Fenton, MO seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

- Maintain financial records for multiple clients

- Process daily transactions and bookkeeping activities

- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Maintain client records in QuickBooks

- Assist with monthly reporting and bookkeeping projects

- Communicate with clients regarding financial information and documentation

- Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records

Bookkeeper Minimum Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of bookkeeping, accounting, AP, or AR experience

- QuickBooks experience preferred

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

- Professional communication skills
