Freezer Warehouse Porter (Cleaning & Maintenance)

Shift: 3:00 PM until work is finished (typically 8-hour shifts)

Schedule: Includes weekends

Environment: Freezer Warehouse (-20°F to -10°F)

What You'll Do

We're looking for dependable team members to help keep our freezer warehouse clean, safe, and organized. In this role, you'll help clear aisles, remove trash, and make sure warehouse employees can work safely throughout the facility.

Daily Tasks

+ Sweep warehouse floors with a push broom

+ Pick up boxes, packaging, and other debris

+ Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

+ Keep walkways clear and safe

+ Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse

+ Follow safety guidelines and wear provided cold-weather gear

+ Communicate any safety concerns to your supervisor

Work Environment

You'll be working in a large cold-storage warehouse that stores frozen foods, ice cream, seafood, and other grocery products. Temperatures range from about -20°F to -10°F , but protective freezer gear is provided to keep you safe and warm.

Note: Composite toe shoes are required (steel-toe shoes are not permitted in the freezer environment).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
