As a Security Officer Armed Clinical Patrol in Kansas City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will apply your experience while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points.

+ Monitor access points and help support controlled entry procedures for restricted areas, while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

+ Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

+ Meet hospital vaccination requirements.

+ Be able to work in a hospital morgue.

+ Be able to restrain individuals.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
