Support Deloitte's Customer Strategy and Design practice by helping clients shape initiatives that improve customer experience, operating effectiveness, and commercial outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to strategy development and cross-functional delivery efforts across marketing/agency, customer, and digital/product development programs. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in consulting and customer strategy within marketing and/or digital transformations, along with the ability to analyze problems, structure recommendations, and support implementation.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy and Design team, you will be responsible for...

+ Supporting customer strategy, marketing or digital transformation, and/or product strategy engagements

+ Conducting research, synthesize data, and develop insights related to customer strategy, channel performance, campaign operations, and experience design

+ Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, process maps, business cases, journey maps, and implementation plans

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support recommendations on customer experience improvements, while showcasing business value

+ Assist with workstream management, stakeholder coordination, and execution of project deliverables across multiple priorities

Our team includes business strategists, operations experts, designers, and technologists focused on customer-centered solutions. We specialize in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, channel optimization, service design, UX design, and customer analytics. Qualifications

Required:

+ 4+ years of experience in supporting customer strategy, marketing, digital transformation or product strategy in a client serving environment

+ 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across strategy, marketing, product, operations, and technology

+ 3+ years of experience with customer journey mapping, service design, or channel strategy

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

+ Experience with operating model design, process improvement, or organizational transformation

+ Experience with GenAI / Agentic in day-to-day work processes

+ Experience with customer analytics, segmentation, or go-to-market strategy

+ Industry experience in one or more for the following: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer, FSI

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 - $252,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
