The Office of Administration, Division of Accounting (OA‑DOA), is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the Facilities Management, Design & Construction (FMDC) division. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with state agencies and vendors, contribute to accurate and timely financial processes, and strengthen your skills within a collaborative, service‑focused environment.

We are seeking a proactive team player who is able to apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to assist state agencies and vendors with questions, inquiries, and processes related to purchasing and payable needs.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Responsibilities

- Review requests for purchases from FMDC.
- Approve requests in MissouriBUYS.
- Process invoices for payment in MissouriBUYS and SAM II.
- Enter journal vouchers for payment corrections and modifications.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
