Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a growing organization in Clayton, MO seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. This role will support day-to-day AP/AR functions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

+ Process invoices, payments, and receivables

+ Prepare checks and maintain payment records

+ Assist with billing, chargebacks, and intercompany invoicing

+ Enter and update financial data within accounting systems

+ Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

+ Communicate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams

Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Minimum Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of AP/AR or accounting experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

+ Experience with ERP or property management software is a plus
