Tue06:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access to the location, verify visitor authorization as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.

+ Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.

+ Baton certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
