Maintain, repair and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Dismantle defective machines for repair, using hand tools. Record details of repairs made and parts used. Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments, as necessary. Clean and lubricate parts. Test and replace electrical components and wiring, using test meters, soldering equipment, and hand tools. Tune or overhaul engines. Examine and listen to equipment to locate and diagnose malfunctions. Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, milling and woodworking machines, lathes, welding equipment, grinders, or saws. Repair bent or torn sheet metal. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday. Drivers in the U.S. must read and speak English well enough to understand traffic signs, talk with the public, respond to official questions, and fill out work records under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2). Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

Taxes: Deductions will be made for taxes if applicable under Federal, State, and local law from U.S. workers, including: Federal Income Tax withholding and State Income Tax. Willful destruction of Property and Housing: Deductions for any costs incurred due to the willful destruction of property and housing provided by the employer. The employer will pay the highest applicable wage rate required by law. No further deductions should be made.

Minimum of 3 months of related experience is required. Worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Certain roles may require a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Wage rate may increase based on verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed in the job order at the employer's sole discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety protocols may result in termination.
