Small Parts Assembler

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic components for control panels, work with small parts and wiring, and follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams. Candidates with previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

+ Assemble electronic components and panel boards for control panels

+ Work with small electronic parts, wires, and components

+ Use hand tools and small assembly tools to build products to specification

+ Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

+ Perform soldering as required

+ Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Required Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience

+ Experience with assembly work in a manufacturing environment

+ Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, or diagrams

+ Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

+ Soldering experience

+ Electronics assembly experience

+ Quality inspection experience

+ Experience using power tools

+ Machine operating experience

+ Wiring or electrical assembly experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
