Job Overview
Join a growing manufacturing team producing plastic lids used for coffee containers, beverage cans, sprinkle containers, and other everyday products. As a Production Packer , you'll support production machines, inspect products, and package finished materials for shipment.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout their shift and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do
+ Operate alongside production machinery and packaging equipment
+ Pack, stack, and palletize finished products
+ Assemble cartons and prepare products for shipment
+ Monitor production lines and report equipment concerns
+ Inspect products for quality and identify defects
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
+ Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
+ Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes
+ Work closely with team leads and quality personnel
What We're Looking For
+ Manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or production experience is a plus
+ Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
+ Strong attendance and reliability
+ Good communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to learn and cross-train
No extensive experience required. We are willing to train motivated candidates!
