Schedule

+ 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

+ Every other weekend required

+ Holiday rotations required

+ Free breakfast and lunch provided during your shift

What You'll Do

+ Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items.

+ Follow standardized recipes and dietary guidelines to ensure meal quality and consistency.

+ Support patient meal service, retail dining operations, and catering requests.

+ Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.

+ Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean and organized.

+ Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Required Qualifications

+ Previous cooking, food preparation, or kitchen experience.

+ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment.

+ Strong reliability, attendance, and teamwork skills.

+ Commitment to delivering quality food and excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Hospital, healthcare, Nursing home, or institutional food service experience.

+ Experience in large-scale or high-volume food production environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
