So, what will you be doing as a Grounds Technician?

Perform the daily grounds work schedule of maintaining the lawns, flower beds and landscaping duties
Conduct daily inspections of grounds and assigned areas
Winter-time snow removal
Perform corrective and preventative care for grounds equipment, irrigation system and other assigned tasks

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Must be 18 years or older
High School/GED or equivalent vocational training
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Previous hands-on grounds experience in operating various mowers, tractors, and equipment
Good communication and people skills
Must be able to work overtime or on-call as needed
Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more and be on your feet standing, carrying, lifting and or walking several hours outdoors each workday
