Maintenance Tech
Summary
Maintenance technicians report to and receive instructions fromt he Board President, other Board members, or designated substitute. Maintenance requests should be submitted to
Board members or via request form. Work may be done for individual residents, at their expense and at times when the maintenance technicians are not performing duties for the Association ( i.e. not on clock time).
Responsibilities
Will be maintaining Entrance Area, Steets/Drive, Sidewalks, Halls & Entries, Carports, Pool & Gazebo, Patios, Lawn & Grounds. Other duties may be assigned by the board as needs arise. This is currently a part-time position but may lead to full-time.
