Summary
Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, lamb to prepare in cooking form. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Must be able to read, write and follow directions. Experience preferred but will train the right individual. Salary negotiable based on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

- Weigh, wrap, price, and display meat products neatly in counter cases.
- Clean tools, equipment, and work areas to meet health codes.
