Responsibilities
What Youll Do
* Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
* Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
* Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
* Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
* Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
Experience Requirements
* 18 years or older
* Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
* Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
* Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
* Position may require you to work holidays
* Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
* Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
