Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and various makes and types of fork trucks, light duty trucks, and various field equipment.

Responsibilities

· Will be responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic cylinder and HPU repair program.

· Hydraulic cylinder rebuild and repair experience.

· Will be responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and repair of fork trucks and light duty trucks/vehicles.

· Troubleshooting skills and ability to make repairs to above listed equipment.

· Assist in building and implementation of PM program for above listed equipment.

· Keeping records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

· This position does not travel to field locations. All work will be performed onsite.

· Notifies supervisor of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken, and of quality problems or supplies needed.

· Other duties as assigned

· Advanced troubleshooting skills.

· Basic mechanic tools. (Specialty tools will be supplied by employer)

· Welding and light fabrication skills.

· Basic computer and math skills.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· 5+ years related experience

· Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools.
